- Developed and supervises the People Exchanging Perspectives (PEP) Program. This is an innovative e-pen pal program that in its pilot year connected 10 classrooms in the U.S., Canada, Taiwan, Thailand, Ghana, and Russia. In 2011, a postal-based pen pal exchange with classrooms in Kenya was inaugurated and includes pairings with schools in the U.S., Russia, Jordan, and Turkey.
- Promotes the e-learning projects of GSBI through networking on global exchange collaboration websites.
- Judges websites developed by primary and secondary classrooms during the Global Virtual Classroom Contest. Each contest year has an average of 10 participating teams composed of three classrooms from around the world.
- Maintains an Excel spreadsheet of contact information for 40+ teachers interested in participating in e-learning projects.
