I am a technology policy expert with seven years of industry experience and over 12 years of experience in teaching and training. I have led short- and long-term work assignments in nearly 30 countries and have conducted outreach to over 1,300 government policymakers and regulators in nearly 150 countries.
My ability to convey complex technology policies to governments has been key to realizing pro-private sector policy and regulatory change for the mobile industry. I have developed and led mobile technology projects, including public policy campaigns built on public-private partnerships I developed in Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. My passion for leveraging mobile technologies for socio-economic development, particularly for women’s and girls’ education, is based on my ambition to creatively solve challenges through collaboration.
