I am a digital learning and technology policy expert with ten years of telecommunications industry experience and 15 years of experience in teaching and training, often conducted digitally. I have led short- and long-term work assignments in nearly 30 countries.
My ability to convey complex technology policies to governments has been key to realizing pro-private sector policy and regulatory change for the mobile industry. I have developed and led mobile technology projects, including public policy campaigns built on public-private partnerships I developed in Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. My passion for leveraging mobile technologies for socio-economic development, particularly for women’s and girls’ education, is based on my ambition to creatively solve challenges through collaboration.
